Windows7 professional x86環境にてブルースクリーンが発生。

キーワードは「BHDrvx86.sys」と「0x00000135」の２つ。
0x00000135は、通常は存在するファイルが失われたか、壊れたという意味らしい。
PC内を検索したところ、BHDrvx86.sys自体は存在していたため、壊れてしまったのだろう。
BHDrvx86.sysはSymantecフォルダ配下にあるため、ウィルス対策ソフト関連のシステムファイルと思われる。

ymantecのcleanwipeツールを使用してウィルス対策ソフトをアンインストールしたあと、再度インストールしなおしてしばらく様子をみた。その後ブルースクリーンは再発していないのでこれで解決したようだ。
もし0x00000135の原因ファイルがBHDrvx86.sysでなかったとしてたら、その場合は別のPCから同じ名前のファイルをコピーして持って来ればよさそうだということがわかった。
解決したと思っていたら、解決していなかった・・
この記事を書いた翌日、再発してしまった(笑)
メモリダンプをSymantecへ送付し、調査を依頼。
同様の事象が他でも発生していたようで、2016年12月上旬にリリースされた定義ファイルを更新すると治ると言われた。
とりあえず様子見、もし再発したらまた追記しようと思う。
